A healthcare professional for many years, Elisabet specialises in care-giving and organising. She has an expert knowledge of the management of health sector organisations, a field in which she spent much of her career before joining Comtec.

She holds a degree in Nursing from the University of Barcelona (2001), a master’s degree in Hospital Management and Health Services from the University of Barcelona and a master’s degree in Quality Management from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. She specialises in quality and patient safety management. Elisabet is also a professional executive coach and mindfulness expert.
