The joint work path between COMTEC and Sagrat Cor Hospital started in 2013 with the preparation of the 2014-2017 Strategic Plan, the development of a process management project and the achievement of an EFQM 200+ recognition of the level of excellence. With this new challenge, the relationship of both entities is extended with a new commitment to continuous improvement.
The Sagrat Cor Hospital assumes the challenge of improving EFQM recognition to the level of excellence already achieved (200+). In turn, it wants to continue to involve not only the members of the Management Committee but also the rest of the management staff and coordinators, to strengthen the excellent management culture.
