For MC Mutual, business process management has turned out to be not only a useful tool for improvement and optimised performance, but also a key element of change management within the organisation. The process team that received training during the pilot project has managed the process independently since May 2013. Today, Comtec and MC Mutual continue to work together on managing other processes.
