The Claror Foundation contacted Comtec in 2017 to implement an excellence recognition project based on the EFQM Model. Different opportunities for improvement were identified and covered during the project, including the certification of a quality management system based on the ISO 9001 standard and the publishing of a service charter. Comtec’s support is once again required to implement both projects.
The Claror Foundation suggests drafting and publishing a Service Charter in order to continue moving forward with its commitment to quality, user focus, transparency and continuous improvement.
Three months into the project, the Claror Foundation Service Charter was published, in which it provides corporate information, lists its benefits, and establishes its commitments and obligations with regard to its users, thus contributing toward organisational transparency and keeping its stakeholders informed.
